Easter at St John's Park
Easter 2026 included the Easter Extravaganza, Holy Week Bible study, Passover meals, Good Friday prayer, sunrise worship, and Easter celebration.
Easter was a full week of worship, welcome, prayer, and shared meals.
Palm Sunday began with the Easter Extravaganza, a family celebration with crafts, games, stories, hot dogs, an egg hunt, and real donkeys. During Holy Week we met on Zoom for early Bible study, shared a Lunch Club Easter message, and gathered in homes for Passover meals.
Good Friday included prayer stations, hot cross buns, the Walk of Witness from St John’s towards the city centre service, and an evening Tenebrae service.
On Easter Sunday we began at Skye Edge for a sunrise service before gathering back at church for the family celebration at 10:45am.
