What we believe
St John's is part of the Church of England in the Diocese of Sheffield. We are committed to being followers of Jesus who love and learn from God, support each other, and serve our community and beyond.
Our faith is well summarised in the Apostles' Creed and the historic Christian conviction that God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; that Jesus died and rose again; and that forgiveness, resurrection, and new life are found in him.
We want our belief to become visible in everyday life: worship that is sincere, friendship that is generous, service that is practical, and mission that stays rooted in hope.
Safeguarding
We are committed to high standards in the safeguarding and care of children and vulnerable adults across all areas of church life.
