We've been awarded a grant to employ a Parish Nurse!

Due to grant funding made available to churches in the diocese of Sheffield, we’ve been awarded the funds to set up a parish nursing service and employ a registered nurse for two years. We hope this ministry will allow us to share the love of Jesus with even more impact in our community. Our current plans are that the nurse would primary run a clinic at the community hub on Mondays and use their time to develop an understanding of the health needs of our parish. This would then enable them to start projects and ministries that will make a great impact in our community helping many to access the healthcare that they need and providing our community with effective opportunities to become more healthy.
